i used to work in a juice/smoothie bar. my manager and great friend marte had a cd by india arie that i used to listen to. and i loved it! then i forgot about dear india, until yesterday. i got my haircut at lunatic fringe (recommendable) in slc and as i was waiting for my ride, i checked out the cute store below the salon - two dancing cats - and they played this familiar music that brought back so many memories. i asked, and yes, it was india arie. so now i am the owner of several of her songs, purchased on i-tunes. and i love it. feel good music.

can't wait for summer.
